Kids in the Kitchen
Want to get your kids into the kitchen? Could they be a budding chef of the future? Then come and be inspired and enjoy a cooking session with your children on °Cordon Vert’s brand new ‘Kids in the Kitchen’ Workshop. Accompanied by a parent, kids will design their own pizza with a selection of tasty toppings, create a mouth watering pasta dish and make a fantastic veggie breakfast, and, of course, there’ll be a dessert which will be a healthy version of the Knickerbocker Glory. This inspiring day concludes with a picnic in the lovely grounds of the °Cordon Vert school. Christina Tilbury, Principal Tutor at the °Cordon Vert school said, “This course is ideal for getting the kids involved in cooking, and as well as having fun, they will also learn about the variety of fruit and vegetables as there will be a mini competition involving identifying various vegetables and fruit, that exist, with a prize for the winner.” Children must be age five and above and the accompanying parent is responsible for their health and safety in the kitchen during the workshop. Fun starts at around 9.00am, with lunch at around 1.30pm. Courses are scheduled for 22 July and August 7,19 and 28. To find out more details visit www.cordonvert.co.uk or call Jane on 0161 925 2014. Courses run throughout the year and are taught by °Cordon Vert's team of highly qualified and enthusiastic tutors. The °Cordon Vert School, based in Altrincham, Cheshire, has been feeding the imagination since 1982.
