A Creative Commitment to Vegetarian Food

A few years ago as part of our work to raise standards of vegetarian food provision nationwide, the Society released an information pack, Creative Catering. Aimed at restaurateurs, caterers and hoteliers, Creative Catering covers all aspects of the vegetarian food market, the dos and don’ts of vegetarian catering, stumbling blocks that can catch out even the most cautious caterer, and contains several mouthwatering vegetarian recipes that will have diners begging for more.

If you know of an establishment in the UK that would benefit from the pack, please request one from the Society using the form below and it will be sent directly to them.
