Now for the food....

Breakfasts

Mine's a full English breakfast! Yes, vegetarians also enjoy a fry-up.

~ free range eggs
~ baked beans
~ mushrooms
~ tomatoes
~ hash browns
~ veggie sausages and vegetarian 'bacon' rashers all go to make a full, 'traditional' veggie breakfast. Try one out on your meat-eating customers, they might be pleasantly surprised.

For other interesting ideas try soaking muesli overnight in dairy or soya milk (for vegans) and serve with fresh fruit such as grapes, chopped apples, sliced bananas, kiwi fruit and strawberries.

Try layering muesli, fruit and yogurt in sundae glasses, or how about making a vegetarian kedgeree with slices of grilled smoked tofu to replace the fish?

Serve interesting preserves and spreads with nutty wholemeal toast.
