Pink Punch

INGREDIENTS:

1 BOTTLE SPARKLING ROSÉ WINE


1 LITRE FIZZY LEMONADE
1 LITRE PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1 SMALL RIPE WATERMELON
ICE
ICING SUGAR (OPTIONAL)


METHOD:

1. Cut the melon into 2.5cm (1 in) cubes and place in a large jug or bowl with the ice.

2. Pour over the wine, juice and lemonade and stir gently.

3. Sweeten to taste if necessary.
