Ingredients
¼ iceberg
lettuce, finely shredded
1 Lollo Rosso heart, carefully torn
small quantity of Lamb's lettuce
small
quantity of Oak Leaf lettuce
1tbsp chopped parsley
1tbsp chopped chives
4 sorrel leaves, carefully torn
Dressing
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp walnut oil
1tbsp fresh lemon juice
1tsp Dijon mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper Method
1 Carefully prepare
the lettuce leaves.
2 Mix all the dressing
ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.
3 Pour over salad just
before serving and toss well.
4 Garnish with edible
flowers.
