SUMMER SIZZLERS

Raspberry Sauce


Ingredients

1 tin raspberries or 8oz / 100g fresh
2tbsp cherry brandy
sugar or honey to taste

Method


1 Pass the raspberries through a sieve to remove seeds.

2 Mix with all the other ingredients.

3 Place in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

4 Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the liquid reduces down to a thicker consistency.
