1 Soak
the corn cobs in a bowl of lightly salted water for at least 30 minutes.
(This stops the kernels drying out on the barbecue.)
2 Drain the cobs, shaking off any excess water.
3 Place on the barbecue and cook for 20-30 minutes turning frequently.
4 Strip away the husks to reveal a tender juicy sweetcorn cob.
