Ingredients
6oz/175g fresh peaches, stoned and sliced
1tbsp/15ml caster sugar
freshly squeezed juice of ½ lemon
½pt/300ml fruit tea with peach flavour such as Twinings Peach and Passion
Fruit Infusion
1floz/25ml peach Schnapps
¾pt/450ml dry white wine
sprigs of fresh mint to decorate
Method
1. Place
the peaches in a bowl with the sugar and lemon juice, pour over the
herb tea and leave to
stand for at least 2-3 hours.
2. Add the peach Schnapps and white wine, chill and serve decorated
with mint sprigs.
