Ingredients
8oz / 225g digestive
biscuits, crushed
2oz / 50g sultanas
1oz / 25g pecan nuts,
chopped
1oz / 25g cherries, chopped
1oz / 25g plain chocolate
chips
3oz / 75g margarine
2oz / 50g golden syrup
6oz / 175g plain cooking
chocolate
Method 1. Mix together the biscuits,
sultanas, nuts, cherries and chocolate chips.
2. Melt the margarine and
syrup together and mix in with the biscuits.
Press firmly into a 9"x 9" foil-lined tin and leave to harden.
3. Melt the cooking chocolate
and spread evenly over the base.
Leave to set in a fridge and then divide into small pieces.
