PEPPERY!
Caribbean Hot Toddy

For young children reduce the lemon and pepper sauce by half, and omit the alcohol.


Ingredients

½pt boiling water
½ level tsp Gramma's (Mild or Hot) Pepper Sauce
juice of 1 large lemon
6 level dessertspoons of honey (or to taste)
1-2 dessertspoons Caribbean rum, brandy or whisky (optional)

Method

1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.

2. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes.

3. Strain, and drink hot or cold.
