Ingredients
1tbsp butter or margarine
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1lb / 450g broccoli, roughly chopped
2tbsp soya sauce
1½pt
Marigold Vegetable Bouillon
seasoning
2tsp cinnamon
cream to serve (optional)
Method
1. Melt the butter in a pan,
add the onion and garlic and sauté until
transparent.
2. Add the broccoli, soya sauce, stock and seasoning and simmer for
45 minutes.
3. Allow to cool a little before liquidising until smooth.
Return to the pan, stir in the cinnamon and reheat gently, then serve.
