Many different varieties of vegetarian stock cubes and granules are now available and they are very useful to keep in your kitchen cupboard as they can be used to liven up a whole variety of dishes, or change the flavour of old favourites - add them to rice, pasta, vegetables and beans, sauces, gravies, soups, casseroles and hotpots for a new and delicious taste.

The two recipes below were originally designed for Friggs Vegetable Stock cubes.
