Working for the Vegetarian Society

The Vegetarian Society is a national charity based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. Members of our small professional staff team report to the charity’s Council of Trustees. We enjoy a friendly working environment, flexible hours and great job satisfaction; supporting and representing vegetarians across the UK as well as promoting educational messages about vegetarian issues. 

The Vegetarian Society values diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.  Applications can be made by post, email or (if you have a visual impairment) audio recording, but we do not usually accept applications from agencies.

We are also always keen to hear from potential volunteers. Volunteering with us can be very rewarding and, if you're new to charity work, will help you to gain the skills and experience that will help in finding the right paid job.
