Menu for the Week

Saturday brunch

Juices, grilled grapefruit, cereals or porridge

Then the very best of fry ups:
Free-range eggs whichever way or scrambled tofu
Smokey Snaps (the brilliant alternative to bacon)
Glamorgan sausages (by nature vegetarian!)
Tomatoes, fried mushroom and potatoes, baked beans, lashings of toast and marmalade, freshly ground coffee

Make a meal of it invite some friends over for this feast - they'll never miss the meat!
