Thursday Breakfast

Carob and banana wake up shake

If you really can't face breakfast then there is an alternative -

In a blender whizz together:
½ pint soya milk or skimmed cows milk,
1 small banana, sliced,
1dsp carob powder,
a little maple syrup or honey (optional).
