Celebrity Recipes for NVW '95

Serves 1

sun-dried tomatoes
slice of spelt (gluten-free) bread, toasted
olive oil
vegetarian goats cheese
fresh basil
Stamp Collection Vegetable Chips
Spread the sun-dried tomatoes on the toast.

Sprinkle with a little olive oil.

Cover with goats cheese.

Grill then scatter over a little fresh chopped basil.

Serve with Stamp Collection Vegetable Chips.
