Whether you are an old hand at celebrating a veggie Xmas or if its all new to you, A Vegetarian Festive Feast, is just what we hope you'll need to get you through the holiday period. Stuffed with tips, advice to calm the nerves and bursting with fabulous recipes all approved of by turkeys everywhere! This year's gourmet delights include starters of Chestnut and Red Wine Paté or Broad Bean, Lemon and Sage Dip. For the main part of the meal how about Winter Wraps with Sweet and Sour Peppers or a tasty Galette of Potatoes and Exotic Mushrooms? To finish off you could try the Mincemeat, Orange and Cranberry Strudel or a slice of Chocolate Chestnut Torte. In fact you could try them all!
