For more inspiration on festive food at Christmas then why not attend The Vegetarian Society's Cordon Vert Cookery School. The school runs day courses especially for Christmas. As a leisure course, all you do is sit back with a glass of wine and watch the experts. During the day the tutor will give you tips, ideas and you get to taste the dishes! Dates for the courses are November 11,27,28 and December 4th and 12th. Places are limited on the courses, so call Maureen for more information on 0161 925 2014.
The Vegetarian Society exists to promote and provide information on vegetarianism.
