New Free Healthy Eating for Vegetarians Booklet

Healthy Eating for Vegetarians is a new booklet available free from The Vegetarian Societyas part of National Vegetarian Week 2001. The leaflet is an excellent guide for anyone changing to a vegetarian diet, and a good refresher read for the most stalwart vegetarian.

The booklet has a forward by Dr Mark Porter Mb. Bs. Da. Dch. Dr Porter is a regular broadcaster for the BBC, presenting the flagship programme Watchdog Healthcheck and is resident doctor to the Jimmy Young Programme on BBC Radio 2. In addition he has weekly columns in national publications and is medical editor of www.surgerydoor.co.uk—the award winning, consumer health information website.
