Just

You
- Dont panic, being veggie nowadays is easier than ever before.
Nearly everyone knows someone who is veggie.
- Set your own pace. Some people go veggie overnight, others take it
slowly. Its up to you!
- Be prepared for the jokes and some mickey taking. There will be people
who will think you mad, or from another planet for simply contemplating
not eating meat.
- Modify home cooked meals to please everyone.
- If you feel a little isolated call the Society, we can help you contact
other veggies in your area, or visit our community and network pages
to find penpals, local veggie groups, events and so on.
