in your shopping basket.
- Veggie food does not have to be something and two veg.

- As you use up items in your larder, replace them (if needed) with
the vegetarian alternative. Then in a couple of months youll have
a great veggie larder that slots into your usual meals.
- A lot of foods you already eat will be veggie so don't throw everything
in the kitchen away.

veggie ready meals available.
- Modify familytraditional meals with soya, tofu,or quorn based
products. So everyone is included at meal times.
- Most of your favourite recipes can be adapted to become suitable for
veggies. Mushrooms, pulses, and grains all make excellent substitutes
