Vegetarianism is a healthy option but it is very important to have a well balanced diet.

You could stuff your face with chips and chocolate at every meal and be vegetarian but you wouldn’t be doing your health much good.

It doesn’t have to be rabbit food every meal either! A varied vegetarian diet will supply all the essential nutrients you need to be fit and healthy.

Basic Stuff

As long as you eat a variety of foods including grains, fruit and vegetables, beans, pulses, nuts or seeds, a small amount of fat, with or without dairy products, your diet will be healthy and you will be getting all the nutrients you need.
