Email: catherine.braid@tesco.net We will be featuring cookery demos by local chef Catherine Braid, using products from Dumfries and Galloway, with special menus for people with dietary needs such as gluten-free and diary-free. 19-25th May, 11am to 6pm, no cost other than the price of the food on the menu. We are featured on the Green Tourism site, we support local producers and local crafts, use organic ingredients, and belong to the slow food movement. Cafe seats 25.
