There will also be a display about vegetarian nutrition and how to get the right balance from our dishes, and a nutritionist one site during the Week. It includes an evening meal on the Friday, a guided walk on Saturday morning, followed by a cookery demo and evening meal, a second walk on Sunday morning with a packed lunch, then home!
