SOLO Low Sodium Sea Salt is a sodium reduced enriched sea salt that contains
magnesium and potassium in "near perfect" proportions and is
vegetarian approved. This innovative salt contains 41% sodium, 41% potassium,
17% magnesium salts and micro minerals such a selenium, zinc and chromium.
Salt used in excess can lead to high blood pressure, or hypertension as
it is known, and is the greatest risk factor for heart attacks and strokes.
A sodium reduced salt such as SOLO included in a low saturated fat wholefood
diet is recommended to help reduce highblood pressure.
M&S, Tesco, Safeway, Waitrose, Co-op and Somerfield all use SOLO as
