May 28: Year 7 will be cooking a main course vegetarian dish called Rumbledethumps in a practical cookery session. (not a public event) food preparation

The staff canteen will be putting on a vegetarian special of the day every day throughout National Vegetarian Week. We will also have posters and literature on display. As we have the only full-process, purpose-built mushroom research unit in the UK, we feel we should support the Week as The Mushroom Bureau is an official partner. special menu
