Use the National Vegetarian Week Logo
Summary of General Uses and Restrictions
The National Vegetarian Week logo may be used on a variety
of communications marking National Vegetarian Week, as long as
it is not attached to product lines or positioned in such way that
consumers might connect it with specific products.
For example, this means that a banner suspended from the store
ceiling or in the foyer may carry the Logo, but one placed directly
above, beside or below a product shelf or display may not.
As an exception to the restriction above, the logo may
be used on communications attached to or connected with specific
products (for sale, display or free samplings) where all of the
products involved are already approved by The Vegetarian Society
to carry the Seedling Symbol trademark.
The logo may be used on information sources, recipe leaflets
or cards connected to food products and recipes, but only if The
Vegetarian Society has approved the full content in advance.
The logo cannot be used on – or in direct connection
with – products not approved by The Vegetarian Society.
