• If you already provide a variety of vegetarian options, consider making a special offer on one or more during the Week.

• Organise a competition with a vegetarian theme for your customers.

• Organise a vegetarian cookery demo for your customers.

• Use the National Vegetarian Week logo to highlight the vegetarian options on your menu

• Think seasonal! Consumers have a growing interest in British seasonal produce, so celebrate the best spring crops including English asparagus, new potatoes, watercress and rhubarb.

• Co-operate with your local vegetarian group to put on a special National Vegetarian Week celebration – ask The Vegetarian Society for contact details or click here to find our local network pages!
