May 25: This campaign, to educate people
about the benefits of frozen peas, will be launched with a cookery demo
at Divertimenti, by Yorkshire TV's Flying Cook, Rachel Green.
The campaign wil contine throughout the year with a further demo in
the BBC Good Food Show (NEC) and with the Grab 5! School Menu Challenge
competition sponsored by the nation's pea growers and freezers. It's
to inspire secondary school cgildren to devise a healthy menu using the
magic 5 pieces and fruit and vegetable including, of course, peas.
