May 26: As part of National Learning at Work day (which falls in National Vegetarian Week), we are having stalls promoting healthy eating, including a display of vegetarian information.

Slimming World Consultant
Sally Stevens, tel: 0141 762 0187 (five slimming world groups in Glasgow)
Will create a "table of interest" of allowed veggie food and provide recipes, tasters and a talk about veggie food and our "green plan" for losing weight. Members will be encouraged to share ideas. Also planning a quiz. Will send members away from classes highly motivated with lots of great ideas for vegetarian dieting.
