QUORN
VARIETY BURGERS
Preparation time: 3 - 5 minutes
Cooking time: 6 - 7 minutes

Indian-style burger
Ingredients
4 Frozen Quorn burgers
2 tbs Vegetarian Philadelphia-style cheese
2 tsp Korma curry paste
To Serve: Small naan breads
Lettuce, shredded and sliced tomato
Method
1. Grill the burger according to instructions on the packet.
2. Mix the curry paste into the cheese. Serve the burgers with a dollop
of the flavoured cheese on top. Can be served with small naan bread
and salad garnish.
Smoky burger
Ingredients
4 Frozen Quorn burgers
50g closed cup mushrooms, sliced
50g or to taste smoked cheddar cheese, grated
To Serve: Burger rolls
Lettuce, shredded and sliced tomatoes
Method
1. Grill the burger according to instructions on the packet.
2. Sauté the
mushrooms and serve on top of the cooked burgers. Top with grated
smoked cheese
and serve with a burger roll and salad
garnish.
Mediterranean-style burger
Ingredients
4 Frozen Quorn burgers
25g sun blush tomatoes in flavoured oil
1 or 2 pieces artichoke antipasta in oil (e.g marinaded in oil and
garlic)
To Serve: Burger rolls
Lettuce, shredded and sliced tomatoes
Method
1. Grill the burger according to instructions on the packet.
2. Chop the sun blush tomatoes and artichokes into smallish pieces
and mix together. Serve the cooked burgers on a roll topped with the
tomato and artichoke mixture, and salad.
