For National Vegetarian Week 2006 we are celebrating vegetarian life from all around the regions of the UK. To reflect this, our Cordon Vert cookery school has devised a range of delicious dishes with a regional ‘twist’ – from veggie Liverpool Scouse to a scrummy take on traditional Yorkshire pud.
