Minted Quorn Tikka Pittas
Serves
4 (makes 8 canapés)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 packet Quorn Tikka Marinated Pieces
175ml natural yoghurt (not low fat)
3 tsp concentrated mint sauce
½ cucumber
8 mini pitta breads
1 lemon, cut into segments
Method
1. Mix the yoghurt and mint sauce together.
2. Using a potato peeler, cut long thin strips of cucumber.
3. Under a hot grill (or on a barbeque) warm the pittas on both sides
until soft and then split open.
4. Line the pittas with the mint sauce and stuff with the cucumber and
Quorn Tikka Marinated Pieces.
5. Serve, garnished with the lemon
