May 24: 7.00-8.45pm. If you decided to become vegetarian, what would happen to, you? Would your health suffer? Would you be condemned to, eating boring food? Would your family leave home? In this, National Vegetarian Week special, we've assembled a, powerful panel of experts to answer such questions., There's a French chef, a nutritionist and a housewife famed for, her family cooking. What they have in common is that they've made what is being called the "healthiest food choice of all". An interesting recipe for discussion and plenty of food for thought, Jean Marc Vialert comes from a family of chefs and has been cooking for 35 years. He specialises in pastry, sweets and ice cream and considers, himself to be hugely fortunate in being able to earn a livelihood at something, he loves doing. Sagu Rajaratham comes from Malaysia and has been a mental health nurse for 31 years. She took up a course in Nutrition in an attempt to heal an illness, without surgery and she now uses what she learnt to help others. Charoo Maroo is a housewife and part-time pharmacist. She loves cooking, with fresh ingredients and is keen to promote the benefits of vegetarianism, for body and mind. Her priority has always been to ensure that the family eat, well and eat
together.
