Mediterraneo at the Boat House is marking National Vegetarian Week with a special vegetarian menu to help locals reach that magic 5-a-day target., , Devised by head chef Francesco Furci, the meat-free menu will include fresh locally sourced ingredients, Mediterranean-style vegetables and an Italian flair.
Customers can expect dishes like mascarpone and spinach pasta and
Aubergine Parmigiana, a combination of sliced aubergine, mozzarella,
parmesan, nutmeg and Neapolitan and bechamel sauce.We already offer an extensive choice of meat free mouth watering dishes including pizza, pasta,
risotto and salad based starters and mains. National Vegetarian Week has
allowed us to experiment and expand upon these choices with a dedicated
menu oozing freshness and flavour. , , The menu will run from 21-27 May in
