dishes designed by some of the group's finest chefs, using only the
freshest, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Examples include -
baked crisp tart of seasonal vegetables with tian of spicy cous cous,
griddled asparagus, plum tomato and basil dressing; Warm goats cheese & filo,
with walnuts, grapes and creme fraiche; courgette wrapped smoked haloumi
with pepper coulis and basil oil served on rocket salad with a roasred
pepper coulis. Average price for five spectacular courses is £35. |
