We are about to launch a Wellbeing Campaign within Cumbria County Council
that will be rolled out over the coming year covering topics associated
to our wellbeing. As a pre-launch to the Wellbeing Campaign and as part
of Learning at Work Day activities on 22 May we are holding
a Brain Friendly Food lunch event in workplaces throughout the county where
people will be invited to come along and learn about brain friendly nutrition
and the effects of diet on behaviour and mood, this also gives us the opportunity
to link into National Vegetarian Week giving us the opportunity to promote
the benefits of a vegetarian diet. These events
will take place between 12 and 2pm. |
