be the first choice on the menu, followed by the meat choice (usually
the other way round). By having posters etc and bookelets available
for the customers, we hope this will help advise the customer of what
we are doing and give them some new ideas too. Hope to introduce 1
or
2 new dishes as well throughout the 2 weeks. |

As a contract catering company who promote fresh food, ethically sourced
we will be in full support of this awareness week and will be producing
a different special vegetarian dish each day in all of
our staff restaurants and colleges. We will be promoting the vegetarian
option via posters and point of sale menu stands assisted by the material
