Bean curd medallionsThe Dine at Mine menu collection is growing all the time, so check this website regularly for fresh seasonal ideas. There are menus for beginners and more experienced cooks plus menus made up wholly of vegan dishes. Feel free to pick and mix – there are no rules so just choose a selection of dishes you think your guests will enjoy.

All the dishes featured in these menus have been developed by the Cordon Vert Cookery School – just click on a menu below and then click on the dishes within the menu to go straight to the recipes.

Easy Winter menu
This is food to come home to: simple satisfying soup and a traditional shepherd's pie.  Top it off with an easy, fruity crumble tart

Winter Wonderland menu

Treat your guests to a glittering occasion, with some of Cordon Vert's prettiest wintertime dishes on parade.

Vegan Winter menu

Cheery star-shaped starters followed by an old-school mushroom pudding with fiery red wine gravy, and topped off with a slice of vegan Christmas cake.

Traditional Christmas menu

An old-fashioned celebration!  Welcome your guests with mince pies and mulled wine, then sit down to a classic soup starter, cosmopolitan bean curd bakes and a black forest Yule log - retro, with a twist.

Quirky Christmas menu

This festive feast is rich with seasonal flavours and colours.  Check out the exotic variation on the classic pud, too.

New Year Feast menu

Sophisticated seasonal soup starts off the celebration, followed by a hearty veggie haggis and boozy flambéed fruits.

Love is in the Air menu

Perfect for match-making - let your guests get hands-on with gorgeous roast garlic, then bring on the asparagus and win their hearts with a chocolate finale.

Easy Autumn menu
A deceptively simply starter followed by two easy make-ahead courses: a casseroe of seasonal mushrooms, and crunchy chocolate tiffin.

Audacious Autumn menu

An Autumn feast with the wow factor: crisp, colourful croustade cups, smoky sausages and an utterly sumptuous toffee pudding.

Halloween menu

Use up your pumpkin with a spicy soup, teamed with garlic bread to scare off the vampires.  Pick and mix spooky stuffed spuds, and finish with toffee apple ice scream!

Bonfire Night menu

Start with some warming soup to enjoy by the bonfire, then it's back indoors for a hearty sausage casserole and a hot toddy of a pudding: Jamaican rum cakes.

Autumn Seasonal Celebration menu

This harvest festival of a dinner features velvety butternut squash soup, crispy leek parcels and individual orange liqueur puds that'll send your guests home happy.

Vegan Autumn menu

Celebrate the turn of the season with spicy rice cakes, a warming chestnut casserole and sweetly satisfying stamed puds.

A Midsummer Night's menu
Surprise and wonderment await your guests as they delve into mysterious parcels and marvel at astonishing vegetable stacks. Round it off with raspberry, marzipan and brandy ice cream – what a taste sensation!

Simple Summer menu

Look like a pro with three courses selected for their simplicity. Your guests will adore their dessert of ripe peaches with white wine and peach Schnapps!

Sophisticated Summer menu

Three courses of rapture designed for delivery by a confident cook. Asparagus on a bed of aromatic almond quinoa, with a warm avocado salad… and super posh boozy fruits for afters.

Vegan Summer menu

Fantastic flavours with a Caribbean twist. Our XXX-Presso chocolate cheesecake will satisfy the most sceptical diners that vegan food is simply sumptuous!

Summer Barbecue menu

No veggie barbie is complete without some substantial veggie burgers, and we’ve got it covered. Check out the sophisticated starter suggested here – and finish it off with hot fruit kebabs with the wow factor!

Summer Picnic menu

Pack coolboxes with felafels, marinated Quorn pieces and fresh salad for guests to assemble their own tortilla wraps. Serve up some ice-cold white rum and lime splash cocktails and your picnic will be the envy of all!

Simple Spring menu
This colourful menu features dishes that can easily be prepared in advance, so give yourself all the time in the world! Try to get some tall glasses to show off the fun knickerbocker glory style dessert.

Elegant Spring menu

For keen cooks who enjoy making an impression, here’s a sophisticated taste of Spring featuring a fresh cool soup, dainty individual tartlets and fruit served in pancake baskets - looks clever, but it’s not too difficult…

Vegan Spring menu

All three courses on this menu are vegan-friendly – and all three are delicious, so you might be tempted to mix and match your menus to include one or two of these ideas – and that’s allowed! Remember, there are no rules!

Spring Celebration menu
