NEW autumn, winter and spring course dates available

The Cordon Vert cookery school’s new course schedule for 2012/13 is now online at www.cordonvert.co.uk. There are courses available for all - whether you’d like to watch and learn, grasp basic cookery skills, meet new friends or expand your culinary repertoire.
Alex Connell, Principal Tutor, Cordon Vert, said, “We’ve seen a real demand for courses where classic cookery skills are taught. Watching and reading about food and cookery is all well and good but nothing beats actually doing it. Everyone is welcome at Cordon Vert, you don’t have to be vegetarian, you just need a passion for great food. We can help you to excel at pastry making, make your own pasta, create dishes full of flavour from around the world – be inspired – after all you may become the next Masterchef”.

Flavours of the Caribbean
Warm yourself with a little tropical sunshine! Exotic flavours and spices stemming from many influences such as Africa, China and Europe.
Vegetarian Party Food for Friends
Exciting veggie party food from cakes, buffet ideas to full on dinner parties.
Vegan Party Food
Delicious delights, from simple buffet ideas to gourmet dinner parties specifically with vegans in mind.
Flavours of America
Everything is bigger and better in the USA so vegetarian cooking is no exception. On this course you can learn how to create classic American dishes from the big apple to the windy city, tinseltown to the sunshine state, there truly is something for all tastes here.
Other courses running include: Flavours of Italy, Best of British, Flavours of France, Winter Evening Classes and Edible Christmas Presents plus much more.
Cordon Vert teaches both the general public and professionals the many aspects of vegetarian cookery. As well as training and leisure courses, the school can often be seen promoting vegetarian dishes at food shows and festivals.
