The Vegetarian Society has a range of useful guides, booklets and recipes aimed at people working in the catering industry. You can order any of our catering resources by either filling in the order form or calling us directly on 0161 925 2000. Many of our materials are also available to download.
All our materials are free within the UK. However, as a small charity, any donations would be much appreciated.
