Each pack contains Quick Lesson Ideas, a special edition Get Your Pulse Racing - NVW poster, stickers, the popular Balance of Good Health poster, and the booklet Vegetarian Catering for Schools and Colleges packed with very tasty recipes. Visit www.vegsoc.org/nvw and follow the link for schools to order your NVW Education Pack, plus any additional posters and stickers. Susan Furmage, Youth Education Officer, said, “The Vegetarian Society’s National Vegetarian Week is a terrific time to explore the topic of vegetarianism in the classroom and in the school cafeteria. Nutrition for young people, healthy eating, and respect for people’s differences are all hot topics, and the subject of vegetarianism offers opportunities for exploration in all of these areas!” Notes to editors • For further information/interviews/ artwork/images please contact Su Taylor in the Press Office on 0161 925 2000 or email su@vegsoc.org • National Vegetarian Week 21-27 May 2007 sponsored by Cauldron Foods. • For more information on Cauldron Foods please contact Julia Laflin at Norton Cowan Communications Ltd on 020 7736 3665 email: julia@nortoncowan.co.uk • Outside office hours The Vegetarian Society Press Office can be contacted on 07973 108 165/ 7.
