Cauldron heats up National Vegetarian Week 2008

 

The Vegetarian Society is delighted to announce that National Vegetarian Week (NVW) 19-25 May 2008 will be sponsored by Cauldron Foods.

“We are very proud that Cauldron Foods are to be the headline sponsors of National Vegetarian Week 2008. Cauldron is at the forefront of the meat-free market and a welcome friend on the supermarket shelves. The Week itself has gone from strength to strength, and now in its 16th year, it’s a key date in the food and lifestyle industry calendar. Last year the event smashed all previous records uniting businesses, community groups and individuals across the UK to boost public awareness of vegetarian products and services.” said Annette Pinner, Chief Executive at The Vegetarian Society.

“We're really excited about National Vegetarian Week 2008," said Rafi Arkin of Cauldron. "More and more people are discovering the fantastic variety of flavours and recipes that vegetarian food has to offer and National Vegetarian Week is a great showcase.

Across the UK retailers, food producers, community groups, restaurant owners and caterers are putting National Vegetarian Week 2008 in their diaries. The Week takes place from 19-25 May and offers the ideal opportunity to launch new products, vegetarian menus, meal deals and to promote healthy eating. It also offers a chance to update your image in the media and gives an excellent opportunity to reach out to new and regular customers.
