Cheshire cookery school announces new dates

The Cordon Vert cookery school based in Altrincham, Cheshire, has re-opened following a complete refit of its kitchens. The school has a new calendar of courses which include practical and tasty workshops such as Dairy Free and Delicious, or Light and Easy. For the food lover wishing to explore the flavours of further a field there’s the Casablanca, Modern Indian, Tapas and Mezze or Cruising the Amalfi Coast courses. The Cordon Vert School has an unrivalled reputation for excellent and innovative vegetarian cuisine drawing on the variety of international flavours and ingredients reflecting current trends in world cuisine with fresh and imaginative ideas.

Courses run throughout the year and are taught by Cordon Vert’s team of highly qualified and enthusiastic tutors. A relaxed, friendly approach ensures an atmosphere in which individual talent and creativity are positively encouraged.
