Winners announced

The Vegetarian Society is pleased to announce the winners of its 2008 Awards. The nominations for the awards were voted for through the charity’s website and members’ magazine. The Awards are in their eighth year and promote best practice among caterers, manufacturers and retailers, and highlight the importance of integrity in the vegetarian marketplace.

Swedish Glace Ice cream – Vanilla flavour)

Best Vegetarian Beauty Product

(Others shortlisted: Lush: Hand and Body Dream Cream, Saaf: Organic Ultimate Moisture Face Serum)

Nominations were reviewed by a panel of judges and mystery diners visited venues. Presentations will be made to the winners in November. Ends
