from The Vegetarian Society

As many people are growing to realise, vegetarian cuisine has something delicious to offer for every occasion, and Christmas is no exception. The good news is you CAN enjoy a very traditional Christmas dinner, and all the trimmings, without resorting to meat - and without taking the road to nut roast.

‘New Traditions – recipes for a meat-free Christmas’ is available from October. Order your free copy by calling The Vegetarian Society on 0161 925 2000.
