Cambridge café is veggie gold!
Considered pure veggie gold by the many members of the public who nominated Rainbow for the award, the café faces stiff competition for the national title of ‘Best Vegetarian Café or Bistro.’ Other contenders include Plymouth Arts Centre Café, The Fieldgate Centre Café, Doncaster, Exeter’s Plant Café-Deli, The Bean Inn at Carbis Bay, Cornwall, and previous award winners, Café Maitreya in Bristol. The winning establishment must find favour with The Vegetarian Society’s elusive, mystery diners. The result will be announced at a star-studded bash on Thursday 27th October, aboard The Cutty Sark at London’s Greenwich Dock.
