By making a Gift Aid declaration you can help even more individuals go and stay vegetarian

Thanks to the Gift Aid scheme The Vegetarian Society can reclaim the tax you pay on your membership fees and/or donations at no extra cost to yourself. For every £1 you give we can claim an extra 28p in Gift Aid, this extra income is a very important part of our funding and really helps us to work harder on your behalf.

Making a Gift Aid declaration is the easiest way to support us, all it takes is filling in a short form. We can reclaim for any donations and membership fees made in the previous six years, the amount of Gift Aid on six years of membership totals approximately £35. That money can go a long way in supporting our current campaigns and providing income for the production of new literature to help keep vegetarianism prominent in schools, within the media and the catering industry.
