Leave a legacy of compassion

Making a will is one of the most important things any of us will ever do. It allows us to ensure that the people we love will be taken care of in the future. Remembering The Vegetarian Society in your will is an important way to ensure that the campaigns you believe in during your lifetime can make a difference in the future.

Legacies have been very significant for us; over one third of our funding over the past seven years has come from the generosity of our members and supporters in their wills. In many cases legacies support projects and long term work which is difficult to fund in other ways.

Following requests from supporters The Vegetarian Society has produced a leaflet which explains what you need to know in order to make or amend your will. The leaflet is available in paper format or to download.

If you have already decided to give to The Vegetarian Society in your will, even if only a small amount, please do let us know to help us make plans for the future. Any information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and holds you under absolutely no obligation.
