Asparagus
is fun to eat with your fingers, dip the spears into the garlic
butter, you could even feed each other! Garlic has long been
seen as a stimulant and if you both eat it, you won't notice
it on your breath.

Cook this at the last minute
Ingredients
One
packet/ bunch of fresh asparagus
5 ml olive oil
3 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper
1.
Wash the asparagus in fresh water. Carefully trim any thick stalks.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan/griddle and cook the asparagus for five minutes
turning occasionally.
3. Add the garlic and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes.
4. Serve with a twist of salt and pepper.
